FEATURES :
Accommodates 13' cutting widths for KoolDuct foam panels,
as well as narrower widths for regular fiber glass boards.

Machine is capable of cutting 1/2" to  2" thick board products.

Five tool holders and blades are supplied for "V" groove foam board.

Rollers are 4" OD to prevent  mid beam distortion and provide more drive area.

Anti-Skid tape is applied to the four driving compression rolls for long service.

Drive rollers are adjustable on four corners (Billet aluminum adjusting handles included).

Extra long tables keep product from flexing during cutting.

Long guide is provided for input table to increase accuracy.

Table legs are supplied with adjusting bolts for easy leveling.

All table surfaces are supplied with stainless steel wear strips.

All drive rollers are supplied with stainless steel covers for safety.

Tables are easily attached to the fabricating machine with four bolts.

The machine is equipped with a  1/2 HP reversible  gear motor.
The motor is wired for 115 Volt 60 HZ power.
This motor may be set up for 220 Volt 60 HZ power upon request.
Reversing switch and covered foot switch are provided.

The above machine is available in a Six foot length.
