Standard Features:
Frame constructed using heavy duty powder-coated square steel tubing.
Input/Output tables and end covers are made of 16-gauge stainless steel.
Six high-tolerance drive rollers powered by 1/2 hp motor (115v) to reduce slippage and ensure straight cuts.
Rollers are wrapped with heavy duty, waterproof, antiskid tape.
There is easy access to the drive chain by removing the stainless steel end covers with an Allen wrench.
The drive chain is easily adjusted by loosening the idler sprocket shoulder bolt.
A reversing switch allows quick recovery of misfed board to reduce scrap.
Heavy duty castors with lockdown levers are standard on the Magnum 1000 and Magnum 2000 for easy movement in the shop.
Tool holders are made of 11 gauge stainless steel with locking lever. Blades are easily adjusted with an Allen wrench.
One year warranty on all machine parts (except blade breakage).
